Spacious and spotless room with a nice view of the city! the location of this place is just perfect - so close to all the shops and tasty food spots. 🏙️

The staff were all amicable and exceptional.

The room itself was comfy, contemporary and had the things we needed. We had a microwave oven, coffee & tea making machines, and a refrigerator in the room. The location was INCREDIBLY COMFORTABLE in the middle of jackson and the staff here was very very helpful and amicable.

Stayed for business and had a great experience! the rooms were spacious and clean, with two comfortable king-size beds for a good night's sleep. Convenient location with nearby fast food and shopping options. Plus, the hotel's proximity to the hospital made it a stress-free trip.

The extra pet fee seemed a bit high, especially since my dog is hypoallergenic and potty trained with no mess left behind. prices seemed to be inflated during the busy season with no real justification.

The wake-up service in my double room was a nice bonus.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. housekeeping could have been better, as there were some cleanliness issues in the room.

The staff was very friendly, and I was allowed to check-in early in the morning as I arrived from out of town. Furthermore, the room was very clean, and I appreciated that they offered me some breakfast.
